Smiley, a 2 time LA shelter dog, brings his Happy Campaign to the LA City Shelters! Starting with the E Valley Shelter! He's got a Pawsome start on 2012 rockin' it with the city with 1st Flash Mob 4 Pet Adoption video of 2012! Come Dance with us and shout it out for Pet Adoption! Thank you to the City of LA for inviting us to bring some Super Smiley! That day, 15 cats and 29 dogs were adopted from the E Valley Shelter, and 213 pets were adopted city wide! Pawsome!!
